He expressed his trouble being able to manage all of his home life responsibilities while being away on the road for a long period of time which aids in the stress of his financials. This notion led me to think of ways I could provide examples and information within the brand manual to help him quickly find security knowing that his home life will be secure when he is away.​​​​​​
Crafting the Experience
Insights from both user groups helped me identify unique opportunities for engagement from the financial company to align with the interests and desires expressed by commercial drivers.
